Coming Home to the Dungeon

For those of you who read my blog and take the time to understand what this work is for me, this post will come as no surprise. I am a Professional Dominatrix and have been since 2018. I launched my website in 2020 and most of my regulars came from my first year of domination. True story.

They are still with me today.

Why do clients become regulars here at the Lighthouse and why have they followed me from my first dungeon location to where I'm at now and why can I turn down anyone I want in favor of my regulars, my darlings, my submissives and the ones who call my dungeon home...why does it work?

It works first and foremost because as a Professional Dominatrix, I am also a professional space holder. I hold space for not only the pain and pleasure, but the person. I am not cold and demeaning, I only degrade and bully during session and the Lighthouse is a home. A home. Think about this for a moment. I curate a space that feels like home with a few extras of course.

This year I got my St. Andrew's cross upstairs and rearranged the room entitled, "Heaven" to have more ground and floor play space for wrestling. My long-term submissive and recently contracted (as of 2025) puppy built me a lifted bondage bed to add to the room entitled, "Hell" and though these additions make the rooms that much more intimidating...it is me who creates the space and holds it for true submission and connection to blossom.

I can absolutely be mean, cruel, inflict pain (both mental and physical) and have one of the sickest CBT boys I know of in my hands, but...the reason they all come back is because they feel at home every time they step into the Lighthouse. They recall the feeling of aftercare and deep undivided attention. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes there are tears. The Lighthouse holds all stories without judgement and allows for all people to find catharsis. In this sense, the Lighthouse is like a church, which is why I often refer to the dungeon as "the Church."

It is also a classroom. I have run classes in Domination, Psychology and BDSM since 2023.

Prior to this I was a public school educator for ten years and traveled overseas as an English instructor to Japan. These experiences have shaped me irrevocably and because of my dedication to teaching, I received a state scholarship in 2017 to get my Masters in Education that was 50% paid for by state funding. I was also a History and Gender Studies professor for a brief while, but enjoyed Domination more...less red tape you see.

Currently I have had 29 students over the 3 years move through the program and implement the teachings into their lives. This is a matter of joy, of pride and of community. This is a matter of creating curated space for people to thrive and this is why I continue to succeed in my education business and have excellent client retention...I create home for people.

I am blessed to be busy with my regulars and my students. I am overjoyed that I continue to thrive in this work and can say, "NO" and sometimes, "FUCK NO" as much as I want to. This is because of the life I've chosen to live and the energy and time I've taken to create the space of submission and learning that is the Lighthouse. When I say, "Come Correct or Don't Come at All" it is in honor of what I've been fortunate enough to experience.

So, before you submit and apply...know that my regulars and students come first.

Also know that you have a lot to prove because I'm not interested in some random internet person looking for a kink dispenser. I'm also not interested in taking your money....I love money, but I don't need YOUR money. I've got my loyal and lovely submissives for that. If you want to feel at home, you first have to understand that my space is definitely not for everyone. It's for the ones that I call mine.
